Great location ,clean,good food . Area for improvement we ordered items only to be told minutes later they do not have in stock ! Staff at dining area should be made aware of what is available to advise customers to prevent back and forth process in ordering this occurred 3 times

I was charged a tax even though I do live in the US, they said my US passport and my US drivers license was not valid in Colombia and I needed to have some other documentation from immigration authorities. They even asked me for a copy of an utility bill to demonstrate that I live in the US. Also, the AC at our room did not work, and the answer was that they cannot fix the temperature because of high utility bill. Run from it

I recently stayed at Ibis Chia and was clean and offered a good breakfast along with consistent hot water. However, the mattress was very hard, which made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. Overall, while the hotel had several positive aspects, the mattress issue was a significant drawback.
