Nelson from the front desk is a 5 star host. My girlfriend and I are looking forward to returning solely due to his hospitality. Spacious and quiet rooms, steaming hot water in the shower (not always the case in Bogota), safe and secure location within walking distance to countless restaurants. NH Royal Pavilion Hotel Bogotá: Three separate reservations, girlfriend with me every time. Enjoyed until latest—accidental single guest booking. Charged extra $30 despite double being cheaper and us always together. Greedy, dishonest policy ruined it all. Avoid at all costs

We stayed a week. The room was good size. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The pillows are pretty bad. The towels were all torn and stained. Although we were four people they would only leave two towels. They would only leave a tiny partial roll of toilet paper so we’d have to ask for more. Breakfast service was really bad. They never ask if you want coffee or eggs. Waffle dough would always run out and they’d only bring enough for one waffle until the next person in line asked again. A bottle of water from the mini bar cost 17 thousand. Overall it seems they want to do things as cheaply as possible. Location is amazing, but everything else is bad enough that I wouldn’t stay again.
