Property is run down, outdated, wore out, haven’t put a dime into facility in years. Evedently they had a fire in a room over six months ago doors have axe cuts in them, carpet is duct tape together, room hadn’t been swept in weeks, cob webs on windows, toilet wouldn’t flush. All this after we were given a room that hadn’t been “cleaned” yet. By that I mean the bed and roll away bed which was still in there hadn’t even been made yet. Staff as friendly but I will definitely avoid ever staying here again.

The staff was very nice & room was clean. BUT.. It was 97 degrees outside and almost that hot in the room. Maintenance was sent up, couldn’t be fixed. I had to ask to be moved to another room. It was still terribly hot. We were not offered a fan & I didn’t know to ask for one until day 3. We were miserable at night. The elevator floor was really dirty. Like it was clean when we got there then never cleaned again. It became a joke. The pool looked pretty suspect too.

So bad we didn’t actually stay

This hotel was so terrible we ended up just leaving and staying at another hotel. The AC didn’t work in the whole hotel, the elevator was broken, there was duct tape and tons of stains on the rugs in the hallway. Our room smelled terrible too

Nice, comfy beds. I booked a king suite but they put us in a room with double full beds; we made it work, but don't list rooms as available at booking if they're not. We paid for breakfast but were turned away because breakfast service was cancelled, the morning we got there. Still waiting for the refund. Overall a decent stay, but there plenty of rook for improvement.

The rooms were not air conditioned. Smoking permitted indoors throughout the property in places like stairwells, rooms, hallways. Noise in the middle of the night. The building was not secured, various entry points unlocked. Consistent stream of unregistered visitors to guest rooms. Very unsafe for families.

I didn't even stay. I was in the room for maybe 15 minutes looking for another room elsewhere. The room was disgusting. There was what looked like blood stains on the wall, possible puke on the patio, the sheets weren't changed prior to check in, the entry door looked like it may have been kicked in at some point, there was a white substance dried to the painting on the wall. Then to top it all off when I return the keys and cancel my reservation I was told to contact the GM Matt. That process was a joke. It doesn't seem like was interested in having a conversation. I also never received a refund due to the fact that I didn't stay there and now I'm receiving an email basically asking me how my stay was. So once again nobody is listening. Would never recommend to stay at this particular location. Stay far far far away.
