Stunning Downtown Villa | Epic Man Cave
Originally built in 1938 and fully remodeled in 2020, this beautiful home blends historic charm with modern comforts. Check out the garage converted into an epic man cave with games and a home theater built in 2024.
The main level features dark hardwood floors, an expansive master bedroom, a second large bedroom, and a luxurious full bathroom with antique-style tile. The living/dining area is perfect for entertaining, and the kitchen includes everything you need for cooking, including a double oven, oversized fridge/freezer, and breakfast table for 4.
The lower level offers two additional bedrooms, a mini-kitchen, and a second luxury full bathroom. The home sleeps up to 8â10 with beds of varying firmness: king in the master, queen upstairs, queen + futon downstairs, and 2 twins.
Entertainment abounds with a 55" smart TV with Netflix & Disney+, a private backyard with canopy, and the man cave featuring air hockey, darts, foosball, Pac-Man arcade, popcorn popper, surround sound theater, and a giant chess board on the garage door.
Designed for flexibility, the home can function as one large space or two separate homes, with the downstairs securely lockable and its own thermostat zone.
This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it continues to be a great choice for our family. Lots of room to spread out, super convenient location! It has everything we need to make our stay in Boise complete. Host is very responsive and make it easy to communicate.
We booked this for my daughterâs 14th birthday. There were 9 girls and 2 parents. Upon arrival and scoping the place out, the smell of muskiness gets you right when you open the door. The man cave had beers, old pizza box and trash still left out there. There was a big shortage of bedding/extra blankets. The girls froze all night. Pretty disappointing.
We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. The home had plenty of room to spread out with 4 bedrooms, 1 full kitchen and a kitchenette downstairs. The game room was also a hit and another fun space to play in or relax. Everything was clean, the couches were so comfortable. The view out of the windows so pretty. Close to downtown and a cute drive in diner within walking distance. Wonderful stay! Thank you!
I was in town for a graduation and had several family members staying with me. There was plenty of room to hang out, cook, and sleep comfortably. Would stay here again.
We never received our information for check in i messaged a couple time with no response and finally had to call to get our access code. A few of the dishes were dirty and there was blood on one of the pillows. No paper towels or dish towels in the kitchen. The house had a very old musky smell that we had to have the windows open and the house has locks aside from the keypad and if you lock that you are locked out of the house with no way back in as we found out and had to wait for over an hour for the maintenance guy to come over who didnt have keys for these locks either resulting in us having to pry a window open and crawling through it to get back into the house. Very frustrating. Either those locks need disabled or you need a keypad on both doors for entry or an emergency key to get you back in.
This was a lovely, clean, and comfortable property close to downtown. We were visiting the Boise area to attend an event at the Morrison Center and this was the perfect location to stay. We would be happy to stay here again next time we visit the Boise area. Thank you!
We loved the house and location. The back patio was a delightful and private gathering spot. It was an easy walk to Albertsonâs and several restaurants. The ownerâs attention to detail was great and management was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.
