Needs a refresh. Self parking is absurdly small tight spaces, which may be full. Room was stuffy. Lobby bar has nice drinks and food, but right next to the cold breeze from the entry door.

Publié le 19 févr. 2024 sur HotelsWhen we checked in on the first day the girl at the front desk had no personality. I believe her name was Morgan. When we got up to our room , we checked the shower and there was male hair everywhere left on the sides and on the wall of the shower. The bed sheets never once stayed on the bed our entire stay. They had their staff using all the elevators and making it a longer wait for the guest to go down the elevator. 2 out of 3 of the elevators are working. Went down to the hot tub to find children in there. Kids don’t belong in a hot tub. Paying all this money to stay in a “ moderate “ hotel. Would NEVER stay here again
