The house is ideal for large families and various courses (yoga, etc.) enclosed by walls, very easy to access via the RD2020 and the A10. Large house with sauna - jacuzzi (extra €50/hour for 2 people). Ground floor: entrance, kitchen, dining room with 2 very comfortable living rooms, 1 of which with fireplace, 1 bedroom, bathroom/wc.

Floor access by spiral staircase: 4 bedrooms, 1 shower room/wc, bathroom, separate wc. A large relaxation room with children's area. All rooms are equipped with 90x190 beds separated or pushed together.

Heating and cleaning included.
Sheet rental obligatory for professionals (15€ for double beds and 8€ for single beds).

For professional customers, no more than 5 people and with prior agreement from the owners, to respect the gîte.

Annex games room with ping-pong table, table football, small bar, children's games, small refrigerator and extra freezer.
