We had organised to arrive at the property before the 3 o’clock check in and leave our cases but the lady at reception who let us into the building was very unwelcoming - the young lady that was there was very nice though . The room was in the ground floor and next to the lift . There are c32 rooms and we could constantly hear the guests entering the building ( really loud every time the door shut) then the mouse from the lift was horrendous . We coujd also hear people walking around on the floor above . Basically there was no point trying to sleep between midnight and 6am . We asked to move room twice but were told they were full even though we saw people leaving and new people arriving . Definitely would not go back

The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made exploring Bologna very convenient. The sheets were clean and the property seems to have undergone some updates, which initially gave a good impression. However, the comfort of the room really fell short. The air conditioning was practically useless and did not cool the room, making it very uncomfortable, especially on warmer days. The mattress was also quite poor—thin and not supportive at all, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was a big disappointment. The shower was not clean and had an unpleasant feel to it. There was no proper ventilation—either the extractor fan didn’t work or was insufficient—so the bathroom stayed hot, humid, and had a lingering bad smell. Overall, this hotel has potential with its location and some modern touches, but they seriously need to invest in guest comfort and proper maintenance. I would not stay here again unless improvements are made.

The location can be quite noisey from the outside bin collection at late hours at night, but overall a very pleasant stay. The sofa beds could do with an upgrade. The mattresses were a little uncomfortable.

The apartment is beautifully designed with excellent amenities. However it was let down by a very cheap and uncomfortable mattress (with no bed side tables, and side lamps that were not working). Also the lift next to our apartment was very noisy For the prices they charge, we should have stayed in a hotel.

A pleasant stay

The hotel was very clean, the room was as described. It is situated close to the town centre and the train station. You have to check out at 10 but they will look after your luggage until 5 . Do take your own toiletries as no shampoo etc provided. Also only three coffee pods provided for 3 of us on a 4 day stay.

Tyylikäs ja hyvä sijainti, mutta...

Talo ja huoneistot olivat tyylikkäät ja hyvällä sijainnilla. Huoneisto oli hyvänkokoinen 3-4 hlölle. Huoneisto parven ansiosta kaksi kerroksinen ja ylhäällä oli myös hyvän kokoinen makuuhuone. Yhteydenpito whatsappin kanssa sujui ripeästi, mutta ei tosin viikonlopun aikana. Huoneistosta puuttui kokonaan kaukosäädin toisen makuuhuoneen televisioon, joten sitä ei voinut käyttää. Pyynnöstä huolimatta kaukosäädintä ei toimitettu. Kuten koko huoneisto, niin kylpyhuoneet olivat oikein tyylikkäät. Mutta, suihkuun mennessä kivilattiat olivat hieman niljakkaita, liukkaita ja saippuaisia. Eli ne tulisi pestä paremmin. Myöskin toisen suihkun viemäri oli tukossa ja veti huonosti. Kunn kävi suihkussa, niin sai hetken päästä seistä omassa saippua vedessä. Tästäkin ilmoitin huosekeepingille, mutta en saanut vastausta. Viimeisenä, lähtöpäivänä ei huoneistossa tullut lainkaan lämmintä vettä. Myös erittäin haastavaksi osoittautui se, että huoneistossa oli ainoastaan yläkerran makuutilassa henkareita ja kaappi mihin ripustaa vaatteita. Alakerran sisääntulossa tai alakerran makuuhuoneessa ei ollut yhtäkään koukkua, vaatehenkaria, hyllyä tai laatikkoa, jonne olisi voinut ripustaa paitoja, housuja, takkeja. Kaikki tavarat olivat siis 5 päivää lattialla matkalaukuissa... Tämä oli ehkä suurin puute muuten niin tilavassa ja tyylikkäässä huoneistossa. Huoneiston eteiseen, makuuhuoneeseen ja erityisesti rappujen alle mahtuisi kyllä säilytystilaa ihan kunnossa. 3-4 hlölle sopiva huoneisto.

Appartamento recentissimamente ristrutturato molto accogliente, pulito e situatato in un punto strategico del centro storico. Vicino a tutti i servizi e fornito di tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno. Consigliatissimo! Dovessi tornare a Bologna sicuramente lo prenoterei di nuovo.
