Vacation Apartment No. 41 in the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

The 59 m² vacation apartment is located on the first floor and features two bedrooms, a living and dining area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. This beautiful 3-room apartment with a south-facing balcony can accommodate up to 4 people. The distance to the beach from the Sünnslag complex is approximately 400 m.

Enjoy the beautiful view toward Klützer Mühle from the balcony. You can access the furnished balcony from the living room. The living area features a sofa set. A flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a CD player provide entertainment.

In the kitchenette, you’ll find an oven with a 4-burner stovetop, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. The dining table is located in the living room.

The bedrooms are furnished with double beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm and 2 x 90 x 190 cm) and curtains. Spacious closets provide storage space for your vacation luggage.

Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. The apartment features tile and designer flooring. The shower room is tiled in light colours.

A high chair and a travel crib are available for our younger guests.

Additionally, a walker (subject to availability) is available to our guests.

An outdoor parking space is located in the immediate vicinity of the vacation rental. Bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or patio. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or storage room for bicycles.
