The fine-sand, white Baltic Sea beach is only about 30 metres away—practically right on your doorstep. During the season, your personal beach chair will be waiting there for relaxing hours by the sea. You can conveniently park your car in the building’s underground garage (garage door height: 1.90 m). A glass elevator takes you comfortably to the respective half-floors; and you can then reach the apartments via a few steps (3–7 steps). Within a radius of about 300 metres, you’ll find stylish restaurants, shops for daily necessities, bike rentals, and various water sports activities. A special bonus: Guests with electric vehicles have access to an on-site wallbox for charging. This vacation home, featuring a glass-enclosed loggia facing the lake, is ideal for up to two guests. The modern, spacious living and dining area welcomes you with a comfortable sofa, armchair, dining table, flat-screen TV, stereo system, and Wi-Fi. The integrated, high-quality kitchenette is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave with baking function, and a dishwasher. The separate bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe, and its own glassed-in loggia. The modern shower room, featuring granite flooring and generous mirrored surfaces, offers additional comfort. Upon your arrival, the beds will already be made, and hand and bath towels will be waiting for you. A beach chair is included in the rental price seasonally, from around May through September 30. A reserved parking space is available for your car in the underground garage, which you can easily reach via the glass elevator. A washing machine and dryer are located in an adjacent room to the underground garage and can be used for a fee. A bicycle storage room is also available. Non-smoking vacation rental.
