Seasonal Notes

The swimming pool is open Memorial Day weekend (May 22, 2026 through November 15, 2026 and closed outside this period with a safety cover. The pool is heated from July 4 (weekend) - Labor Day weekend. Outside of these times, the pool can be heated for $150/day.

In winter, enjoy cozy fires, snow-covered views, skiing, and easy access to Stratton Mountain.

On-site parking for up to 6 cars

Pet fee: $125 per pet, per night

Amenities are available for use at your own risk (pool, hot tub, playset, sauna, bunk beds, fire pits)
