House has just been renovated! New kitchen, bathroom, large wood deck, hot tub, and more! New pictures to come!!!

Take shuttle or walk to lifts! 4 br / 3 bath house around the corner from Stratton Mountain! The house is a short 8 minute walk to the ski lifts and Stratton village and it's also directly on the Stratton shuttle route that operates during the day on winter weekends and winter holidays (Dec, Jan, Feb, March)! The house is also close to multiple state parks and if you want to check out another mountain there are 4 other ski mountains driving distance from the house!

There are a total of 4 bedrooms, 10 beds, and 3 bathrooms! Amenities include a Large TV with cable, high speed wireless internet, patio with BBQ, wood burning fireplace, wood burning stove, foosball table in game room, + more!
The upper floor consists of an open concept Kitchen / dining / living room area with a wood burning fireplace, Large TV, full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms
-Upper floor bedroom 1: 1 King size bed
-Upper floor bedroom 2: 2 Queen size beds

The lower level consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, TV living room, and a game room:
-Lower level Bedroom 1: 2 queen size beds
-Lower level Bedroom 2: 1 twin over full bunk with twin trundle and 1 twin over twin bunk + Full bathroom


You have access to the entire property

We are available by cell during your stay but we have a local caretaker that can also be contacted.

We recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles for driving in Vermont over the winter months.

BBQ is stored during peak winter months so that it isn’t damaged.

The house has 2 pack and plays that can be used.

You are more than welcome to bring your dog, we just ask that you keep him/her off furniture and beds as it’s difficult to get the hair off and please pick up outside if in trafficked areas. If you would like to bring more than one dog please just reach out for pre-approval.

Dogs visit the home on occasion so if you are allergic please take this into consideration

The house is family friendly but isn’t kid / baby proofed

Shuttle operated by Stratton Resort, we aren’t in control of schedule or changes in service due to weather, etc.

Excellent home for large family

This cozy home had all the amenities and roominess we could ask for. The backyard was beautiful, location was perfect. It felt like a secluded getaway. Our family was able to gather all together, yet there was much personal space as well. We all loved it and will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. The hosts were fabulous. Definitely recommend!

Wedding weekend at Stratton

Our group of 8 found the property to be a perfect accomodation while staying in town for a wedding. Check in was very convenient and communication with the host was excellent. The home was very spacious, the living area was a great space to hang out and spend time together. We had all the amenities we needed for an easy weekend while attending a friend's wedding. The location is excellent and was very convenient to the mountain. We are especially grateful for the host allowing our furry friends to tag along, we enjoyed exploring the neighborhood on our walks. I would recommend this stay anytime, and I hope we can return soon!

Another lovely fall weekend

This is our second stay at the property during the autumn season. Our group really enjoyed the property and were able to use the outdoor fire pit while hanging out and looking up at the stars. Great house and proximity to Stratton village can’t be beat. Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect stay

We were pleasantly surprised at how close we were to everything at Stratton. The house was simple - while it could pack people in could imagine it being a bit cramped for a big crowd. Didn’t bug us since we didn’t have max capacity. We loved the outside fire pit area and the giant sectional couch, perfect places to relax after our adventures around the mountain.

Family ski vacation

Location, location, location. This was our 1st time skiing Stratton Mtn and we couldn’t have rented a better place. 7 adults and 3 kids, we had plenty of room. With 3 bathrooms, it was great for the morning rush to get out skiing. Check in was easy and great communication prior to arrival. Being across the street from the base area made drop offs easy or use the shuttle which went by the driveway. I would stay here again in the future

Perfect for a large group!

The chalet was perfect for a large group with lots of open space and a well-stocked kitchen. The host were very helpful and responsive to questions. The nearest ski lift was bit more difficult to walk to with gear than expected, but the resort was easy enough to get to by car.

Quality family time, priceless!

The large comfortable living room was perfect for family game times . The close proximaty to the ski area made pick ups and drop offs a snap when the shuttle was not used. We will return.

Perfect fit for a beautiful Fall weekend

The property was the perfect fit for our annual fall weekend with friends in the mountains. The house was well appointed and beds super comfortable. The common living spaces were great place to all spend time together. We especially enjoyed the bbq and backyard patio with having the fire pit to keep warm while cooking. Best part was the location as it is an easy walk to Stratton village. Everyone had a lovely relaxing time- although there was some fierce competition playing the throwback Centipede arcade game in the game room:) fun!! We hope to be back soon. Thank you to the owners for providing a great stay!
