Whether you're relaxing at the golf course or eating dinner on 5th Ave, you can easily control the lighting and even the kitchen with just a tap, and with one simple button, turn off all the lights as you leave. The kitchen has been beautifully updated to open up into the spacious Great Room, creating an ideal space for gathering and entertaining. It is also equipped with premium appliances, including Sub-Zero, Bosch, and Thermador, along with convenient refrigeration drawers. A hidden pull-out Coffee and Tea Bar with a faucet is integrated into the bespoke cabinetry and tucks away when not in use. Large windows offer peaceful views of the 15-acre Nature Preserve to the west, bringing in natural light and a sense of tranquility. The Great Room offers a cozy space for relaxing evenings, complete with custom shelving, lighted display areas, and a beautiful electric fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The Primary Suite offers a luxurious retreat with a dry sauna, steam shower, soaking tub, and towel warmer. An additional washer and dryer are also included in the suite's spacious closet. On the opposite side of the house, you'll find an office, two guest suites, the main laundry room, and a three-car garage. The heart of the home features a comfortable Living Room, Dining Room, and Powder Room, creating the perfect space to unwind. Step outside to your own private retreat, where you can relax by the south-facing pool and spa, set on one of Mediterra's most serene lots, surrounded by tranquil preserve land to the south, west, and north.
