Welcome to Sea-Eagle Sanctuary. Spacious home with pool with panoramic views from Bartlett Beach, to Rainbow Beach surf break towards Port Macquarie. Sea-eagles roam the skies and rest in nearby trees. Tranquil setting in cul-de-sac. Great hiking trails are accessible at end of the street, e.g. Grants Heads Reserve and Sharkies Beach trail towards North Haven.
Short drive to four amazing beaches, or walk 10 minutes. Free WIFI, smart TVs. Pet-friendly on request for small-medium well behaved, non and low shedding dogs. Large veggie garden at your disposal, please help water the greens.
BEDDING

1x King Bed in Master Bedroom with ensuite
1x Queen Bed in Second Bedroom
2x King Singles and 1x Single Trundle in Third Bedroom
LAYOUT
All living is upstairs. Hallway and staircase takes you to the main living and bedroom level.
Open plan living with modern kitchen, dining and lounge area opens up to the front covered deck with magnificent vistas across the ocean and mountains. Enjoy the sun rise with a cuppa from the relaxation of the outdoor lounge chairs, the magic holiday feel!
Down the hallway are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Main bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. Master ensuite with shower and toilet.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer access via outside.
POOL
The pool is a salt-water pool. Pool hours are til dark, to keep our neighbours happy, thanks for your cooperation and understanding.

SEA BREEZE AND CEILING FANS
There is always a pleasant ocean breeze to keep you cool. The house has a cross breeze when you open the front door and balcony doors. All rooms have ceiling fans.

PET FRIENDLY WITH PRE-APPROVAL ONLY
Fully fenced yard. Pets are allowed with pre-approval from owner, we prefer outdoor small/medium pets, please chat to us about your needs and kindly inform us what type of pet you would like to bring as courtesy to the property owners.
Only small to medium non- or low shedding dogs allowed inside. Not suitable to large dogs. Dogs to be kept off lounges and beds.
