Description: Presenting an exquisite 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome, this property stands as the epitome of an ideal retreat, thoughtfully furnished to cater to the unique preferences of every guest. With the capacity to accommodate up to 10 guests, the main floor hosts the primary bedroom with a luxurious king-sized bed, while the upstairs features a queen in one guest room, two queens in the second guest room, and a convenient queen sleeper sofa in the loft.

Entertainment is at the forefront, ensuring a delightful stay for everyone, with TVs strategically placed in the living room, all bedrooms, and an additional one in the loft. This allows each guest to indulge in their preferred shows or movies. The back deck, serving as a serene escape, invites relaxation and is complemented by a gas grill, catering to the culinary enthusiasts within the group. This townhome seamlessly blends comfort and style, creating an inviting space for a truly memorable retreat.

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Family trip to go snow tubing. House was clean and spacious for 8 adults. Plenty of kitchen amenities for us to cook meals. Cozy living room to watch tv, read and play games. Really loved the on site amenities as well, especially the fishing ponds!

Great weekend stay

Great home for a weekend stay with friends. We had enough room for 3 families with young children. We enjoyed the house but spent most of our time out and about. We found the house very clean, well kept, and in a great community that was easy to find with listed information given. Only negative was that we had planned on grilling but couldn't get the grill working. Otherwise great stay!

Great Getaway

Nice, quiet community. The weather was great (50’s in evening/70’s during day) Amenities were wonderful for our children (4-6). The outdoor pool being in different community was confusing with new outdoor pool being built in the Summit but once figured out, it was great with amazing views. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. Property is beautiful and clean. Exactly as pictured. The ONLY issue was how dark the resort and property was when we arrived. We came in late and was surprised that there were not many street lights. It was very dark and a little hard to find our property. Just be aware if you are arriving late. Overall it was an excellent experience and we highly recommend it!

The house was nice there were just some tweeks to the stay that would help. The house did sleep ten people but only had linens for 7, and more linens for beds would be good.

Fun for everyone but poor cell coverage

This property was perfect for our mountain mini-vacation. We spent 3 nights here and really loved it. Our kids loved all the games and the set-up with the bed rooms. Kitchen was fully stocked with all needed pots and pans, which was excellent! Really enjoyed the pools, and club house. Only wished we'd have better cell phone coverage on property - as soon as we drove off-property, our coverage was good to go. The drier did not work very well, and we needed to run the drying cycle several times, but All-in-all, a really great mountain home to spend time in, and lots to do for everyone! Would definitely recommend and come back.

Family Gathering

My adult sons, DIL’s and four grands spent an extended weekend here as part of their Christmas present. There was snow skiing and swimming at the indoor pool. The cousins got to play together, the adults enjoyed talking, laughing and playing cards. Me being mom, I enjoyed doing the cooking for my boys and the family in the kitchen with great quality equipment. We will be back!

The pillows were very very thin and extra thin pillows in closet but no pillow cases. Besides this everything was wonderful!!! Very clean
