There was mold in the shower and we had almost no internet service the entire time we were there. We were told it was because we were using Apple devices. If that's the case, they should advertise that "we don't have good internet service if you have an Apple device".

The room was nice and everyone was very friendly. It was easy to walk everywhere in downtown. Nice resturants nearby. Loved that we were close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Our room was clean but the water in the sink was very slow coming out which made hard for washing your face. Not much pressure in the facet.

Just felt like building was in need of upgrades. Paint was peeling on back wall of building. Elevator was out of service, ice machine was not working. Felt no kind of resort amenities.

We enjoyed our stay here and would return again. Staff were helpful. The area is interesting with plenty of dining options. We had fun walking around the area. We misread the description when booking and though breakfast was included. It was available for a $15 / person fee. We took advantage of eating breakfast there as it was convenient.
