Nestled amidst the natural splendor of the High Country in the heart of the desirable Blue Ridge Mountain Club, this immaculate 4-bedroom home offers the perfect blend of modern elegance and upscale rustic charm. From the moment you arrive, you'll be captivated by the breathtaking views, the inviting hot tub, and the cozy outdoor fireplace, making Sky's the Limit the ultimate mountain escape.

The living and dining areas feature vaulted ceilings and an enormous wall of windows that let in an abundance of natural light, creating an inviting and open ambiance. Cozy up by the fireplace in the living room on chilly evenings and put on your favorite movie. The open-concept gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with high-end appliances, granite countertops, and a large island for preparing meals and gathering with loved ones. A third full bath is shared between the King and Bunks bedrooms.

Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice:
BRMC is an up and coming community and there are many homes that are currently under construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.

Please read before booking:
All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day.
The gate hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm
Saturday: 8am - 4pm
Sunday: 8am - 2pm

- There is paved parking at this home. Parking is limited to two standard vehicles.
- Delivered firewood for the outdoor fireplace, may be added to your booking, up until 1 week in advance of your arrival. You get two small dry kiln wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night plus tax. Please reach out with how many nights you would like to purchase.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not requesting an exception and for not bringing pets into this home.
- The garage is not available for guest use.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee per booking in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.

- Guests must remove their own trash to the community Dumpsters near the home's street.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
