Estimado Aldo El sábado 9 de marzo el sr Aldo Malpartida, nos contacto en la mañana a las 9:45 a.m. a través de Expedia.com para solicitar un Early check in para la habitación para la cual había reservado. Se le atendió brindándole inmediata respuesta y señalándole que debido a la alta ocupación no teníamos la disponibilidad para realizar el mismo. Le adjunto la captura de pantalla con relación a la misma.Por aquí no se puede compartir imágenes pero tenemos la prueba de que se le contestó de inmediato. No nos parece justo que degrade nuestra puntuación por haberle negado un early check in por no tener diponibilida.

Good place for a night
Posted Mar. 3, 2024 on HotelsClean room excellent but a bit pricey restaurant. Was charged 2.25 for a cup of coffee one day but 7.50 for two cups the next day. The shower could use a remodel, drains are slow to empty leaving us ankle deep. Otherwise ok, but booked a different place next time we were in town. Location was good, short walk to the main streets.

Dear Donna The 2.25 charged mis hav been for an americano and the 7.50 for 2 capuchino. Let me emphasize that our coffee prices are much cheaper than any coffee house. We will certainly unclog the shower drain. Thanks for advising. Hope to see you soon.

Its on the stream and has balconies with chairs to sit and enjoy the sounds and breeze. Bathroom needs a little updating but overall very good. I will stay there again, it was very nice.

We had a great stay while exploring Boquete and with the creek that flows behind the hotel, a great spot to sit and listen to the water. Close enough to get to the restaurants. Great having a restaurant in the facility for those days you do not want to head out.

It is a convenient hotel with a nice restaurant and patio. The property lacks maintenance. The pillows are old and thin. The AC smells like mold and leaks water. The towels need to be changed. The kids playground has damaged facilites that are dangerous. We’ve been visiting for years and we would love to come back when it is remodeled.

very nice rooms, had one overlooking the small river with an outdoor patio, also overlooking the mountains, beautiful
the rooms was excellent, clean, large and comfortable with a TV! drove into town for dinner at the butcher shop resturant, very slow service but excellent steak and potatoe
a nice town, highly reccomend this hotel!
