Spacious, fully renovated 105 m² apartment in the heart of the Chartrons district, just steps from Bordeaux's historic center, with a magnificent view of the Garonne River. The bright and welcoming living room boasts generous proportions, high ceilings, moldings, and refined decor, blending contemporary and antique furnishings.

The apartment comprises:
- A large living room with two windows offering stunning views of the Garonne, furnished with white leather sofas, a television, and Wi-Fi.
- A fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, pyrolytic oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave.
- Two bedrooms: one overlooking the Garonne with a superb view, and the other at the rear, overlooking a beautiful courtyard, furnished with a television and a queen-size bed.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- A laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

CLEANING FEES HAVE TO BE PAID IN CASH THE DAY OF THE ARRIVAL.

Great location and stunning apartment

Vanessa was a wonderful host and this apartment on the Garonne was beautiful. Close to restaurants and shops in Chartrons neighbourhood, and an easy 25 minute walk to the centre of town. A tram station right outside the front door for easy commute to the train station. Highly recommend this lovely place.

Fantastic property. Exactly what was promised, clean central location, fully stocked, washer dryer....that did a great job. The owner was amazing, we had an issue with an appliance and she came to the property and took care of the issue right away. She checked up on us, gave us some good suggestions. We could not ask for more. Five stars, grab it if it is available

Beautiful Bordeaux

This was our first time in Bordeaux and the location of the property was perfect for exploring the city on foot, by boat or by tram. Vanessa was a wonderful host, giving tips on places to visit and restaurants that we wouldn’t have found without her advice. Please note that there is an additional cleaning fee, which we hadn’t noticed when making the reservation.

Classic Chartrons style building with lots of original features. Top floor with no lift but that suited us ( great exercise) great location on the qui and pretty good view. One unfortunate down side was, the whole of our stay we had limited water supply due to a pipe leak. The host made every effort to reduce the impact but it did restrict our timings a lot. That said, we would be very happy to stay here again, water issue resolved

A short stay in Bordeaux

Not knowing where to stay for a few days exploring in Bordeaux, I was fortunate in choosing this attractive and spacious, apartment in the old wine Merchant district of Chartrons in Bordeaux. Overlooking the River Garonne heightened one’s anticipation, with wonderful views.What made it ideal was having a Tram stop literally outside the front door! Running every few minutes throughout the day, meant that getting to the centre of the lovely old city took just 10 minutes.The airport was 40 minutes away.A block of ten rides costs less that 15.00Just tap your phone to get the App. ‘TBM’Sign up and ride. Simple!The tram is beautifully airconditioned too.The apartment was perfectly appointed in every way. Air conditioning? Just open the windows, and ‘sniff the breeze’!Our host could not have been more charming and helpful in every way.We had a wonderful few days exploring Bordeaux. Beautiful city, very clean, lovely architecture, and dripping in history.It’s early prosperity was substantially underpinned by England’s development of Bordeaux’s magnificent wine still beautifully produced as we saw at a visit to Chateau Les Carmes Haut Brion.Thank you very much to our host, and thank you to Bordeaux too!

Très bel appartement bien meublé et équipé mais - bar de nuit avec terrasse non mentionné au rdc de l’immeuble contigu : chambre donnant sur rue du coup très bruyante et ce jusque 2/3h du matin - problème de fuite d’eau sur canalisation générale de l’immeuble et accès à l’eau limité à 3 fois une demi heure par jour réparations prévues le 27 août assez compliqué par temps de canicule

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt einer sehr schönen Wohnung. Die Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten und man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Tür. Man kann aber auch zu Fuß gut in das Stadtzentrum kommen. Man hört in der Wohnung den Straßenverkehr ziemlich doll. Aber das Schlafzimmer ist nach hinten raus, sodass es dort sehr ruhig ist. Die Gastgeberin, Vanessa, ist sehr nett und kümmert sich um alles, was man braucht. Also, alles wunderbar! Vielen Dank :-)
