Le séjour aurait pu être parfait
L'impression globale de notre séjour est positive mais quelques petites choses ont rendu cette semaine un peu décevante.
Un forfait ménage de 110 € inclus en base et non en option, un peu élevé pour un couple seul et surtout non négociable en option.
Une caution de 400 € encaissée 72 h avant l'arrivée alors que bien des propriétaires se contentent d'une empreinte bancaire.
Une gestion de l'endroit confiée à deux structures différentes qui envoient une grande quantité de messages souvent contradictoires...
Pas de book ou de fascicules présentant la maison avec les différents éléments expliqués comme le chauffage au sol ou la télévision ( l'application présentée est trop fragmentaire)
Pas de book ou dépliants présentant les commerces de proximité ou les propositions de loisirs dans les environs.
Pas de bouilloire pour les buveurs de thé (mais deux cafetières?)
Jardin peu entretenu, et la personne chargée de couper le gazon et les abords arrive sans prévenir en pleine après midi, nous obligeant à fuir le bruit.
Bref, une désagréable impression que tout est bien organisé pour le propriétaire, sans aucune attention particulière aux besoins et au confort des clients. Ceci malgré la réactivité et la disponibilité du contact sur place.
