Oasis Girondine - IZON

Located halfway between Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion, our charmingly decorated cottage is housed in an outbuilding that was the former winery of our stone Gironde house. It is therefore adjoining our house, access is via a shared gate, but the cottage entrance is independent. Two free and secure parking spaces are available, as well as an electric vehicle charging point (charging will be billed according to consumption and paid directly to the owners). The cottage consists of a large living room with a lounge and dining area equipped with a TV with 193 channels available (channels also available in English, Spanish, German, and Arabic), a hi-fi system, and high-speed fiber optic internet. Board games for all ages and children's games are available. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped (induction hob, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, or Italian-style coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and food processor). You also have everything you need for cooking: dishes, pots, spices, groceries, etc. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200) and a single bed (90x200) that can be converted into a double bed. The bathroom has a large 80x120 shower with toilet and washing machine. From the bedroom, you access your private garden with terrace and barbecues (charcoal or gas). The owners' swimming pool, 9mx4m (depth from 1m to 1m70 and protected by a roller shutter), is located in a landscaped garden with no overlooked views and is available from noon to 7pm, from the beginning of June to the end of September. Sheets, towels, and kitchen linens are provided, and heating is included. Heating is provided with reversible air conditioning and a pellet stove (one bag provided, additional bag €4).
