Look forward, together with your loved ones, to a quiet and relaxing vacation in Hvidbjerg. The light-filled cottage invites you to linger in the cottage and read a good boo on the armchairs, put your feet up while watching a movie and be warmed by the crackling fireplace. You can also spend a wonderful time outdoors on the wooden terrace. Enjoy already your breakfast in the fresh air and enjoy the view of the fjord.



Afterwards, pack your beach bag and head to the nearby sandy beach and sand dune. Spend many hours by the sea, swimming and sunbathing. Climb to the top of Hvidbjerg Klit, where you will have a fantastic view over the forested Trelde Næs and the other end of Vejle Fjord. Discover the area also on the national cycling route No. 5, the so-called East Coast Route.

Beatiful location, bad property management, worse communication by VRBO

The property is listed by VRBO but it is managed by another company. This means that every time you have a problem, VRBO will tell you to contact the property manager. The description of the property and the facilities are incomplete. This caused a great discomfort. We arrived at the property on a Sunday afternoon to find out that there were no bed linens nor bath towels. After contacting VRBO, we were told to contact the property manager. Once we were able to reach the property management company on the phone, they explained that they always mention in their ads that linens and towels need to be booked in advance (none of this is mentioned in the VRBO description of the property). The property management company couldn't find a solution for us, therefore we had to drive 30 minutes to find a store where we could buy ourselves linens and towels. When you are traveling with a family of 5 to a new place, this is not what you expect. Note about the property: beautiful location but the amenities are a bit run down. One of our kids sat on one of the wooden chairs on the terrace and it broke under him. He fell and bumped his head. Luckily he was ok but after I examined the chair, I found out that the wood was rotten and the chair was meant to break at any moment.
