Do not stay at this hotel. If you book through Hotels.com then no matter what bed preference you pay for, they choose your room and more than likely it is a smoking room. They have 4 smoking floors…first the front desk said they were still cleaning the non smoking rooms (this was 7pm) then the manager said there were only smoking available and if I wanted non smoking then I should have booked through their website. The are short staffed, the rooms were run down and dirty. I will never stay there again.

Staff was great. Asia was the best receptionist I’ve ever dealt with. Room wasn’t quite ready and she gave us a free upgrade and waived all the fees. The room was immaculate. We’ll definitely stay again. Thank you Asia

I had a very disappointing experience with this property. I called four days before arrival to notify the hotel of my flight delay and was assured my room would be secured. Upon arrival, I learned my reservation had been canceled as a “no-show,” forcing me to purchase a new room. I was also told I could check in at noon but did not receive access to my room until after 4 PM. While my room was beautiful and the casino is nice, the customer service and lack of accommodation were unacceptable. As a frequent customer, this was the worst experience I’ve had with a partner property. I would not recommend this hotel based on service alone
