The room needed a mayor improvement in optics and painted I dull colors. Shower was missing shower head and I could not see anyone using the coffee machine within room.

The towels are stained brown. The breakfast area is filthy and the breakfast options are barely existent. The staff person was sleeping on the couch when we arrived. It wasn’t late. She did not give us any info on where our room was located, the breakfast hours, the WiFi or check out time. This place is filthy and poorly managed.

Bad service, but quiet comfortable room.

The check-in person did not even stop her personal call or get up for check-in. When I called about slippery, wet floor she said everyone was gone. I had to go get extra towels out of the closet myself. Actual room comfort was fine, just need better employees.

Very nice

This is one of our favorite places to stay when we visit Shreveport/Bossier. The front desk staff are always very welcoming and courteous. The rooms are always clean and the rates are very reasonable.
