Located on the second floor within a beautiful Multifamily building is this spacious contemporary apartment only minutes to downtown Boston, Fenway Park and TD garden.
The apartment features five elegantly styled bedrooms and two private balconies making it perfect for groups or large families coming to the city.
Offering easy access to Faneuil Hall, North End, Boston Waterfront and within walking distance to shops, grocery stores and many dining options, you won’t find a better location.

The space
Check into the apartment via the light up electronic keypad and make your way to the second floor where you are greeted with spacious sunlit bedrooms, a sparkling bathroom, a modern kitchen and two private balconies.

You are spoilt for choice with 5 elegant bedrooms to choose from. The first three rooms feature luxurious king beds while the fourth and fifth bedrooms are furnished with large queen beds all topped with hotel quality linen and bedding for that perfect night’s sleep.
Each room has their own closet space as well as a small welcome gift and soft fluffy towels awaiting each guest.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to cook up breakfast lunch and dinner. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a stove, an oven, a microwave, dishwasher and a Keurig coffee machine along with complimentary coffee and condiments to get your day started right.
The sparkling central bathroom offers a full-size bath/shower and a granite top vanity stocked with quality bathroom essentials including shampoo, soaps and a caddy to hold all your toiletries.

At the rear of the apartment, you will find the back deck where you can sit out and enjoy the warm afternoon sun, while the front balcony offers sweeping views across the neighborhood and is the perfect place to enjoy a glass or two of wine with friends while watching the world go by.

Boston/Salem Weekend!

This property had everything that my family and I needed for our weekend getaway! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We all had restful sleep! The property owner was extremely responsive and provided us all the information that we needed for the weekend! We would definitely stay here again!

Friends weekend.

House was clean and bedrooms accommodated us perfectly. There is no living room or common area but we made do-It really wasn’t an issue since we spent most of our time in the city. We had no issues parking in the street. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Our first VRBO

The apartment was extremely clean. The beds were the most comfortable that we have slept in away from home. The bed linen's and bath towels were hotel quality. Our host was very prompt and attentive to our needs appliances were very up to date and modern. I would would make a few small recommendations. Please put pit holders in the kitchen. There should be some take out menus available. We would stay there again definitely if we were in the area

Suitable for our purpose

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Fairly quiet neighborhood with on street parking on a one way street. Water pressure for shower was fantastic. There was no tv which was a let down. And the cooking pans were camp like, old and the surfaces worn. Plastic ware and styrofoam plates were also less than desirable. Overall, it was functional. We did enjoy the zoo nearby.

DO NOT STAY HERE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My stay in this property has been one of the WORST experiences I've ever had. Be prepared to deal with incompetent and unprofessional customer service from the host and property management. Let's start with my biggest issue that NEVER got resolved with the host or Vrbo. One of the bedrooms had NO POWER or electricity in the sockets, we had no lights working. So the guest who stayed in that room did not have any power for our 4 DAY STAY. A major inconvenience! When I contacted the host about this they kept giving me the run around on the issue. No one ever came to fix the issue, and just expected me to deal with this major inconvenience. The rooms lacked basic amenities, like towels and basic kitchenware. For a unit that is supposed to accommodate at least 10 guests, there were only 3 measly cups in the kitchen, no plates, and pathetic plastic spoons and forks for silverware. When I requested bath towels that were missing in 2 of the rooms, I contacted the host and no one ever came to bring those. What am I supposed to do? Share bath towels with the other guests?! We even spotted cockroaches and bugs in their kitchen areas, DISGUSTING. For future guests, keep in mind there's only 1 very small bathroom with not enough towels or toilet paper. If you're looking for a -1 star, terrible stay, this is for you. Good luck being provided any decent customer service from this host, property, and Vrbo!

Sleeps to 10, but only seats 3!

The bedrooms were clean, warm, and the beds were comfy. That’s all there is to this property other than one small bathroom, clean, plenty of hot water and the small kitchen, which was a huge disappointment. Only room for 3 to sit at the 1 small table and very poorly stocked with dishes. We were in a family trip with our family of 5. We choose VRBOs in part to save a little on costs eating out. Unfortunately, this was very inconvenient at this property as there was no place to sit together. Also very inadequately stocked with dishes. For all drinkware there were 3 total mugs and 1 shot type glass for a family of 5 staying 4 days. There was 4 total disposable cups as well. Other dishes weren’t much better. There were no reusable bowls and only 6 disposable paper bowls. Completely ridiculous! When I contacted the host he just delayed saying first that he needed to double check the situation and then after 2 days gave us this response (I copied and pasted). “Hi, This is due to the pandemic that we had until last year and it's for the guest's safety and health, aka not one guest uses the same pots/pans/plates/dishes in general. I hope this doesn't ruin your stay. Thank you!” He utterly failed to remedy the situation. Friendly, but he just delayed and made excuses rather than solving the problem. So, the property sleeps beautifully, but nothing else. Additionally, the neighborhood, though people seemed friendly. Is not the best. Perhaps not the safest place to be out after dark, lots of trash in the streets and yards. Old mattresses and worn out furniture in yards. Some houses are in bad shape. If you know Boston neighborshoods, it’s in Dorchester near Fields Corner.

This was a perfect place for what we needed! Though the unit didn't have a defined common space, my group of 11 made the most of the kitchen space. It was the perfect place to sleep after a day of exploring!

Great Place

This was a great place to sleep. There is no central gathering area, so it really is a sleeping place. But that is what we were wanting. We didn't come to Boston to hang out, we came to Boston to tour. The location was not too far from the subway station, however, after a long day of walking the freedom trail, it seemed like a long walk. :) The floors are all hardwood with a few squeeks and creaks, but nothing bad. The place was very clean. We enjoyed it!

Glorified hotel room

The rental itself was quiet and clean. Up to date for sure. The property is missing some essentials, such as a living room. Normal silverware and dishware, cups and such. There is no living space where the family can congregate and relaxe together as every room is just a bedroom. There were seven of us and it was ample sleeping room. But a living room would have been amazing. Also. There was no creature comforts such as a TV in any room. Laundry would be amazing for long stays. One last thing. 2 of the 5 bedrooms were missing smoke alarms, wiring was there however the alarm itself was not. To us. It felt like a hotel suit with a kitchen. The location was not terrible, parking was terrible the first day due to a school activity, otherwise a decent location.

Very clean!

Very well stocked! Clean! Comfortable beds, but just needed more pillows. Quiet neighborhood. Always open parking spot for us. Short drive from the city is convenient. Price is reasonable. We just miss having a living room area where we could all hang out but that does not take away from the 5 star rating. Will recommend to anyone.
