WIFI NOT WORKING. POOR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THIS HOTEL. WIFI problems for several consecutive days. All reported by onsite tech to the service provider who refuses to determine root cause and fix the issue. Terrible!

No parking available outside of garage or valet.

Dear Camero,Thank you for your comments. We propose valet service including unlimited access in and out. There is a parking lot a block away from the hotel and you have to pay every time you leave the parking lot.Thank you very much

The shower had so much hair that I could make a sweater. The bed closest to the door moved and bumped against the wall every time I moved. Breakfast was overrated and expensive! Other than that it was ok. The guy who checked me in was as helpful as the bartender who worked.
