Comfortable stay outside of Boston

I did not do as much research as I should have into neighborhoods / areas, as most of my events were downtown or in north Boston, but ride share services were plentiful and not too expensive. Thanks for a great stay for our group!

GREAT property for a large group
Publié le 2 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe space was very large, clean and well stocked. We had a great time with our five grown children. There were beds enough for a few more. It is a 50 min ride from the airport on the T and 20-30 to the Commons, so when we were gone for the day, there was no returning for naps. Otherwise, very pleasant.
Kevin was very responsive and allowed us an earlier check in.

Convenient and Comfortable
Publié le 13 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location of this VRBO to public transport is hard to beat. That was a priority for us since we didn’t have a vehicle of our own. The house was clean and comfortable. I don’t think I’d have wanted to try the location and public transportation commute with small children, but for our party it was perfect. We spent the day sightseeing and had a comfortable landing pad in the evening. The neighborhood offers some great Vietnamese food options and a Target around the corner. Kevin was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We didn’t have any additional needs, but I have no doubt he would have been very responsive if we had.

Clean comfortable
Publié le 10 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property is lovely, roomy, clean. It's just tough because you can hear everything upstairs which is understandable but sometimes it would be in the middle of the night and wake us up.

Great Spring Break Stay

Clean and well-outfitted, the condo had everything we needed, including very convenient parking. Kevin is friendly and super-responsive to all questions and concerns. Highly recommend if you’re traveling to the Boston area.

A great stay!

The house had more than enough room for our group of 10. Kevin was very responsive and a great host. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay!
Publié le 23 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was pristine. It was clean and had everything you can think of, except maybe enough towels. But the hosts is making an effort to be more environmentally conscious, so we understood.
It was within walking distance of the subway, which was wonderful. We were staying here for an academic competition at Harvard and the commute there from the B&B was easy.
The hosts were wonderful. They were responsive when we had questions. I would stay here again.
The one thing we were worried about was the parking because we knew we had to rent a large vehicle. We were able to park easily throughout our trip. There is plenty of space right outside the property.

Fantastic stay
Publié le 14 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property was incredibly clean and as described. Although it is adjacent to the train, there was no problem with noise from the train at all. The surrounding homes and neighbors were maintained and friendly. The nearby shopping center is lacking but we had groceries delivered. There is a great neighborhood pub one block away called The Blarney Stone we enjoyed multiple times.

Perfect for families!
Publié le 26 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe stayed here for Thanksgiving. Our daughter lives close by so the location was great. The place was very clean. All of us had plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable. The check in process was seamless. All in all, everything was great! We will be back!
