Great stay for 3 people

Great place, good for 3 people. Great communication with the owner. The living room bed is a little firm, but was ok for one adult. Convenient to T, Boston Common, and the Freedom Trail.

Great Location

The location is perfect. So close to everything..no complaints at all on location. The unit is on 4th floor as described online. There are no elevators. Stairs are steep and slightly slanted …in hindsight not so great for carrying a 40 lb suitcase up and down. The unit is nicely decorated but in older building. The floor in bathroom is soft and dips in entryway. The unit has window air conditioner in both living room and bedroom. That is nice for cooling down space. The unit was pretty clean, however the air conditioners were both pretty dirty and could use a good cleaning. The WiFi password and log in were no working but I was able to message and get the updated password with no issue- it was different than what was on the initial check in instructions. There were not extra bed pillows for the sofa bed. The quality of bed pillows in the main bedroom were very poor. Flat and hard. Could definately use upgrade. At check in I was emailed instructions that said chevk out was no later than 4pm. Listing online did say 11am, however I assumed it was 4pm since that is what was in my check in instructions. Day of checkout I did confirm after reading check out instructions sent day before. Unfortunate that I had less than an hour to pack up and clean up to be out by 11. I guess I should have confirmed when receiving two different times. I was provided with a referral to contact to pay for luggage storage so that was helpful.

Dirty !!!!

Sticky and dirty floors. Debris on the floors. Bathtub floods during showering with dirt and debris. No A/C. Key to room extremely difficult. No handicap access. Just dirty and down right gross.
