This is our second year in a row staying at this hotel, and we have not had a problem yet! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional service. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it feel like a home away from home. It's clear that the management takes pride in maintaining the property and ensuring guests have a pleasant experience. The hotel and staff is great. The only issue we had was the mattress. Our mattress had a dip towards the middle so if you have a bad back you would be up a lot.

Very disappointed that I had to leave a day early and still had to pay entire initial reservation. Desk clerk said I would not receive any credit off bill. Hotel was not near full so I was not denying Hilton of selling a room. I am retired but my job required me to travel 35-40 weeks a year and I used Hilton as my stay of choice and denied a credit.

First, this hotel is isolated. You will have to drive out several miles for food or will have to door dash. Unless, you eat at their restaurant. But the most annoying thing about this hotel is that several days a week they have prescheduled time slots for teaching kids to swim or they bring in a school bus of over +30 children. There is no room in the small pool and it gets incredibly loud. It’s also encased in glass so temperatures reach near a 100 degrees inside. We specifically chose this hotel for the pool and to have to work around their schedule to be able to use it is not cool. I wouldn’t come back. Oh and another thing to mention, housekeeping loves to enter the room at 8:30am. If you stay here make sure to have a do not disturb on your door.
