Overall it was a good experience. We came for a concert at TD Garden-about a 4 minute walk so very convenient. One of. The rooms the TV didn’t work, the staff gave free breakfast coupons to our friends for the inconvenience. Would definitely stay again-but check our TV when we check in 😉

It was a nice small boutique feeling hotel at the great location. We walk to everywhere and even night time we felt safe being open and clean roads all around. The check in at midnight was a little painful took 15 min for some reasons. The bed was soft and uneven … perhaps it’s time to change the mattress? We liked the room offered plenty of lack space for our suitecases. Overall we enjoyed the hotel!

This is our second visit to The Boxer. We came down both times for a concert at TD Garden. The Boxer is an easy walk to the Garden. The rooms were clean and the staff were all very friendly.

Wonderful stay & would book again!

Very clean, comfy bed, updated, even room for a desk. Also offered bathrobes. Each staff person we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful over our 3-night stay. We were able to check in early and also get a later checkout. They accommodated keeping our bags for a few hours on our departure day. We would definitely stay here again.

Good middle of the road hotel

The stay overall was decent. I didn’t have any high or low points, with the exception of the amenity fee of $20 for the gym and coffee. A hotel ui usually stay at does not charge for these with a separate charge but nothing worth being upset about. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable! Rooms are very dark, felt a bit closed in. It was good to see another hotel that I haven’t stayed at. It’s somewhere in the middle for me. I likely would refer it or book again.

The room needed to be dusted and the shower floor needed a good scrub. The bed is okay, nothing amazing, but suited us for one night. If you are looking for a place to spend one night close to the Garden and reasonably priced, this is suitable, but I probably won’t recommend it to my friends.

Old and tired property. Not clean and poor service. Two days in a row, room was not cleaned and no new towels left. A request for towels took multiple calls to the front desk and more than 45 mins, and by that time my kid was out of the shower and done.

The room was very small but very clean! Staff were very nice. The location of the hotel is excellent! Easy safe walk to TD Garden! The problem was the loading zone in front of the hotel is made for only a couple cars. So you have to find another place to wait. My husband waited 25 minutes in the car and You need to check in before getting the parking discount for government center. There should be a way to set up the parking online or ahead of time. That would be very helpful!
