Though the staff did a great job, the hotel needs a big renovation project. Some of the towels had stains that evidentially didn’t come out when they washed them but put them in the room anyways. The first room I was assigned had a broken recliner so they graciously assigned me another room. Also I chose the hotel because the said free breakfast but all they had was coffee and a selection of Crème of wheat. That’s all! I had to find a place for breakfast. Also the bathroom had scum stains in the bath tube, the air vent was totally caked with dust. They need to recaulk the sink areas. The refrigerator was rusty. They need to pick up around the property. I understand that people who stay there for long periods as a studio apartment, can really be hard on a building! I’m am a retired quality engineer and ASQ-CQA Still waiting for my 100.00 deposit and by the way the lady at the front desk waived the fee for someone.
