They booked all the king rooms after we had booked months in advance and had “upgraded” us to a room with two full beds without saying anything to us so we walked in to the room and got that nice surprise. The bathroom had long wet hairs all over everything. It’s not really they’re fault but the water was shut off the whole morning and we weren’t notified and couldn’t shower before we left.

I arrived from Connecticut around 9:30 with my husband and two kids and there were people lingering out front and my husband witnessed a drug deal right in front of the lobby. I was inside with the kids waiting to be checked in and I called for assistance and took forever for someone to arrive. All night doors were slamming people screaming. The next morning we got up early to leave for Boston and as we were exiting our room the next room over two people screaming at eachother and the man was pushed out the room as the woman was throwing things at him. I was forced to tell the children to run fast to the elevator. If we didn’t travel far and the time we got there it was so late we would have left but I would not recommend staying here. The room was gross and the beds were like cots and the bathroom was dirty. And there “free breakfast” was coffee from what I can see as I literally threw the hotel room keys on the front desk to get out of there as fast as I could.

Thursday OCT 9th, 5:15pm-ish.... This place wins the prize for the worst hotel/hospitalty experience I've had in 25 years using Hotels.com. Yes, I know this isn't a high end hotel, but I'm not super picky. 1) The place was filthy. It looked like the hallways hadn't been vaccumed in month. 2) The room: shower didnt work, TV didnt work. I called down to the front desk and the evening manager told me to fix it myself or change rooms. 3) The Staff: When I went down there I was greeted with a night clerk who was on the phone. With no eye contact nor greeting she extended her free hand and snapped her fingers demanding my room key. She was super rude in her tone, telling me she was very busy. 20 minutes later, I saw her in the parking lot in front of my car smoking a cigarette. I can say however, the morning manager was very nice and professional. This place has a long, long way to go to even reach the courtesy level you'de expect at an adult motel by the hour. My advice is STAY FAR AWAY from this dump.

The bathroom doors don’t get closed. Upon checking with the helpdesk we got to most of the rooms bathroom doors don’t get locked and then came for the repair and took almost 1 hr for the drilling and repairing work which was noisy and disturbing during the stay.

You Get What You Pay For

I booked a total of 6 rooms overnight for a business trip. I was attracted to the price and proximity to Quincy, MA. Also at the declaration of hotel being recently renovated. When I arrived it was disappointing and the feeling was unanimous with my colleagues. This suited us since we literally checked in, slept and that was the only time spent on the premises, but if you plan on staying somewhere pleasant and comfortable I highly suggest you move on and spend up a little more. You won't be sorry you did.

We stayed for 2 nights. Staff was not very helpful. Rarely at the desk and did not answer phone. No coffee or tea maker in room. Had a hard time getting another pillow and could not get a light bulb for lamp at all. Breakfast consisted of package items. Faucets did not have aerators so I got sprayed everytime I turned on rhe water. It was clean but not worth rhe money we payed.
