We showed up to Extended Stay, paid for our room, and went upstairs to our room. There was someone already in the room when we got up there. We went back downstairs and the front desk worker said he was not surprised, this had happened to him before, he had no available rooms, he could not refund us the money, and we should call Expedia to get the refund. When Expedia called this branch to confirm, they were told we stayed in the room. We never entered a room. In calling for a location manager, the front desk would not give manager information and hung up. Do not visit this location, it is not worth the hassle and you might end up charged for a room in which you did not stay.
