The front entryway, where the stairs go to the 2nd floor is extremely filthy. The room itself was clean. However, the cleaning lady stole items from my refrigerator.

This should be your last resort. I’ve stayed here twice. The first time was okay — the room had a broken table and couch, but it did the job, and the front desk lady was nice and even waived a fee. The second stay was terrible. The room smelled strongly of cat urine, and one day there was no hot water — I had to take a cold shower. They advertise “grab-and-go breakfast” from 6 to 10 AM, but there was nothing available. There wasn’t even a front desk person around to ask — just a sign saying they’d be back soon. You get what you pay for, I guess — but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Complete disappointment.

When we got to the hotel there was additional fees and when we went to our room the room wasn't cleaned and the bed wasn't made. To top it off the restroom had been used and they didn't flush. Then when they changed our room turned out that there wasn't any hot water.

Easy access to freeway. Enjoyed talking to the overnight manager who was the nicest guy I had any interaction with on the staff. More options for breakfast would be nice for that kind of rate would be nice.

"Breakfast included" is not accurate. Listed as served until 0930, but at 0840 there was no coffee ("We're sending someone to get more.") and only enough hot water for 1 cup of instant oatmeal (apparently the entire food portion of the "breakfast"). Room smelled heavily of disinfectant. Got used to it after a while, but it was very noticable upon returning to the room. Refrigerator, plumbing, and AC all worked as intended.
"Breakfast" at 0840 (listed as served until 0930). Coffee urn empty. Hot water urn w/ only 1 cup.

Filthy room, every surface was sticky. Toilet rocked like an amusement park ride. Black sludge came up out of the shower drain. Grab and go breakfast was one carafe of coffee, one carafe of hot water, and a container of coffee mate.

Stayed for one night because we had an early flight in the morning. Rooms and hallways smelled. Mold growing under our bed (looked like old throw up?), dirt in the bathroom, kitchen sink had food in it. Just not a good place. To put your head down for a night it was fine, but anything more than that I wouldn't recommend.

VERY old property that needs desperate update. Do not stay here with your kids! The property is dirty, lots of trash, terrible room conditions. Towels and sheets have stains. No dishes or silverware in the kitchen.

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. First room wasn’t clean, I went to the front desk where they admitted they only clean rooms every two weeks!!!! We moved to another room only for it to smell like old cigarette smoke, have dirty towels still in the shower, thick nail clippings in filter of ac unit, used tissues on floor. The couch was disgusting, supposed to sleep two, I wouldn’t put my enemy to sleep on that couch. We were only given one night stay back even though I asked to cancel my stay early the second day. Front desk staff doesn’t tell you anything about refunds only the manager who comes in at 3p can help which means they’ll charge you another day while you wait to talk to them. Police presence in parking lot all the time. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve sent two emails regarding a refund and have not heard back yet. My 9 year old said he’d rather sleep in the car than stay in there. Do not stay here !!!!!

Disgusting stay

This is one of the most disgusting hotels that I have stayed in. Advertising photos are nothing that you will see in the property. Actually, quite the opposite. Kids were looking forward to swimming, in the pool upon arriving. No pool, and the rooms were disgusting. The pull-out bed had what appeared to be fecal matter from critters as well as many stains. The entire room smells like a former smoker lived in it. They were short-staffed and the rooms were not ready. The front desk lady was trying to assist guests with the check-in, however, her shift had ended and she was ready to leave, so she said she would help us and then go to clock out afterwards. The second shift person around did not seem to be in any rush to take care of the 5 customers that waiting in line. This hotel needs a lot of repairs and staff training.
