There was only one person at the front desk, and she was overwhelmed by customers. She was very professional and never, showed any frustration and calm the situation as customs were asking about different questions.

Airport transfers were awful. They left the airport without us, then took 30 minutes to return and kept circling for others who were no shows. Took 45 mins for an 8 minute trip normally. Then next morning we booked transfer for 4am, and the van was full. We had to wait for the ‘back up’. Two other guests booked an uber instead. Never again.

Hotel was about 15 minutes from the airport and shuttle was fairly prompt--although there was no clear instruction about how to catch it or where. I had to call the property, wait on hold, and then they told me where to go. Property seemed a little worse for wear. Door to fitness center jammed. sanitizer towels not working. My room smelled slightly of smoke. Other than that everything was clean and pretty quiet.
