Was not given the room booked. Was given and old room instead of the one shown on the images that were the renovated rooms (which i didmt found until my check in so.i couldnt cancel and be refunded).Got moved the next day to a half renovated room even when I requested the renovated room due to easier access to the shower because of my knee surgery. No refund so had to remain in the hotel. Wanted to extend my stay to make it easier for my flight so i went the night before check out to extend and the front desk said to pick up new keys in the morning. Turns out they did not extend me and i had less than an hour to pack and checkout before the other guests arrived and did not get a late checkout. Bitter taste from start to finish but I appreciate one individual who did his best to accommodate me in a proper room but i understand availability isnt always there. I wished it just wasnt falsely advertised because I definitely did not get the worth of what I paid for. Bad impression for my first visit to Boston at this property.
