It was a perfect option for our family. The food was delicious and the rooms were well kept. The only thought I would share was that floors by the elevators were not always clean--food spills, etc. for more than a day. Otherwise, it was great!

Room was dirty stains on carpets curtains bed spread. There was a whole box of cookies open behind the dresser looks like they fell off the dresser and slide down the back wall. They didn't move the food stool and there was crumbs and debris under the their as well. The room next door was very noisy constantly hitting the wall had to go talk to the guy he said it wasn't him that it was coming from upstairs. We called the manager he said there was no one above us as told us it was ghost. The ceiling is concrete there is no way to hear from floor to floor just room to room. Hwe later found out he neighbor had a dog and it was probably the dog hitting the wall with his tail or something else. No one at front desk apologized or tried to look into our frustrations. When we checked out we were not asked how our stay was just wanted to know if we wanted a receipt. Over all stay was poor costumer service. Poor room cleanliness.

Checked in after flying with a 5 year old for 8hrs. 30 mins someone knocked on our door at 7:30 and asked us to keep it down. My son was just talking and playing with his cars.

The entire hotel is showing wear and tear. Our room door was hard to open due to warping under. The tv remote volume gets stuck. But in fairness they have a poster board sign that they are updating everything and our room was clean.
