Whoever was working then afternoon shift, a black lady in the p.m. shift on the 11th. She was so patient and so helpful and friendly and directed me. I would like to say that you really need to take better care of your pool water it is very cloudy. I did not go in it.

Room was lovely as always. Front desk staff was nice, doesn’t go the extra mile when you a repeat guest. Cuts you off mid sentence, doesnt welcome you with a run down of hotel amenities. Breakfast was very good! Server didnt take the time to listen to my question, merely repeating herself. Weight room is very spacious with an array of machines. Scale and water dispenser both not working.

Very bare bones for a Hilton property. I asked for a more firm pillow but the evening staff did not have any. The pillows in the room were much too soft too support anyone’s head, even doubled. More coffee k-Cup’s would have been nice. And more bottled water as well.

I booked a room with 1 King Bed and 1 Sofa at the Hilton Garden Inn Boston Burlington through Expedia. However, when I arrived to check in, the receptionist informed me that the room I booked was not available, and I was moved to a room with 2 Queen Beds instead. I raised the issue with the manager, but she said it was not the hotel’s responsibility because I booked through a third-party site.

The bathroom sink was filthy when we checked in. It was late, so I cleaned it. At 6 AM, filthy toilet water started loudly gurgling up in our sink, when the guest next door was using the bathroom. Staff insisted that maintenance could fix it, even though the smell was terrible. Only when maintenance dumped the toilet water all over the bathroom floor did the give us another room. We had to wait another day to talk to a manager, who insisted he couldn’t give us a refund, instead offering Hilton points for a fre stay sometime in the future. A very bad exp, and very unhelpful staff.
