The Hilton Garden Inn was convenient to Boston Logan. Parking at the hotel was adequate but $20/day. Room was clean and comfortable and cleaned every day. No free breakfast. Choose between cold breakfast, which was cereal,toast, fruit, waffle, hard boiled egg or oatmeal for $10 or order off the menu. The order off the menu was good and more than enough. It would have been nice to have a heater in the bathroom. Also curtains that would block out light that would close. The heavier curtain was decorative only. Only the sheer curtains closed.

This property was definitely not worth what I paid. There was nowhere to get food except for the restaurant in the hotel. My group was also discriminated against by the restaurant staff. My daughter was told that breakfast was no longer being served. It was a Friday morning around 10;35 or whatever time breakfast ended. I was okay with that until I was told that three white women arrived and was given menus. I was still in the hotel room. I definitely would have addressed that situation right then. It was blatant racism. The area didn't look safe enough to walk anywhere. We took an uber to eat on Thursday evening. The front desk clerk wasn't very pleasant or helpful. She stood there and watched me struggle with luggage while going in the wrong direction in search of the elevator. I headed in the direction of the restaurant not knowing it was to the left of the front desk. The shower water was luke warm. A man was cleaning the lobby floors with a spray bottle and mop. There was no bucket of water to ring the mop out. The lobby furniture looked dated. I would not pick that hotel ever again. I forgot how many stars it was supposed to be. Personally I would give it 1 star. Charging $2 for bottled water in the room. I thought only 4 and 5 star hotels did that. I read the reviews which were decent. I am not sure if the reviewers stayed in the same hotel as I. I've learned that more expensive doesn't always get you what u expect for $350 a night! I felt like I had gotten robbed.

My daughter and I were staying the night but my daughter’s friend and my niece spent time with us to wait for their flights. My daughter’s friend was not feeling well and they got us into the room early and it was helpful so her friend could rest before her flight. I appreciated that. The shuttle also took her to the airport and that is great service.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff is very friendly, room was nice and clean. We needed maintenance to come because our fridge wasn’t working (it was unplugged) and the man from maintenance arrived quickly and could not have been nicer! Highly recommend!

Great hotel conveniently located close to the airport. Have stayed here twice now on trips to Boston. Convenient airport shuttle leaves every 15 minutes. Our rooms were clean and the property felt very safe.
