Bel appartement pour découvrir Boston

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans cet appartement trÚs bien équipé situé dans le quartier calme de Fort Point. Quelques petits restos et commerces à proximité sur West Broadway, ainsi que le métro. La ville est trÚs agréable et trÚs différente des autres de la cÎte Est. Nous recommandons la location proposée par Tom qui a été disponible et arrangeant lors de notre séjour.

Boston une ville accueillante

TrÚs bien situé pour des visiteurs qui privilégient le transport actif. On peut se retrouver au Boston Common ou au Quincy Market en 30 minutes de marche. Le métro est à moins d'un demi km. Le quartier est fort sympathique . La rue Broadway offre plusieurs services commerciaux. L'appartement est fort confortable, agréable et décoré avec goût. La communication avec Tom était facile et amicale. Nous recommandons chaudement cet appartement.

Lovely two bedroom in a great neoghborhood

Everything went great, as expected. Easy check-in. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Keep in mind there is no street parking overnight for nonresidents. I parked in the garage at the Seaport and walked/Ubered. Thanks for a great stay.

This was a nice Apartment/Townhome, the owner let us check in 2 hours early which was helpful because that's when our plane landed. There was a public park right behind us that had a full basketball court which was a fun surprise since my son loves to play. We ended up using Uber to get around and as we found it more convenient and only a little bit more expense than taking the Bus/Subway. The only downside was that you could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. I guess that's just apartment life.

We were in town for a couple of nights before heading to Provincetown. This was a great place for two couples. Close to the ferry terminal and walkable to restaurants and bars. Good size bedrooms and common areas. Felt like a very safe neighborhood.

Very enjoyable stay in South Boston/Broadway area. Neighborhood is safe and walkable - lots of good bars and restaurants within a few blocks. Apartment is well stocked with whatever you could possibly need.

A nice stay!

This was a clean and nice property. The owner was responsive to small questions and we enjoyed our stay. The only small drawbacks were the lack of any kind of parking (we luckily grabbed a unicorn free parking spot a few blocks away but don’t count on that happening) but that’s about everywhere in Boston so it’s not a problem unique to this property. Overall a nice place and you’ll be glad you chose it.

Clean and nicely furnished

Easy and prompt communication with the manager, clean apartment, nicely updated and furnished. In south boston, we found that Uber and Lyft were essential to get to the tourist destinations, but public transit seemed easy enough and close, just wasn't right for our family (young children). Comfortable stay at a nice location

Better neighborhood than I expected. Lots to do around, easy access to public transit (don't be afraid of the bus! It's nice!) comfortable beds and a great physical setup for two couples visiting. Highly recommend.

Communication with Tom was excellent prior to our arrival. I had asked if an early check-in was possible just by an hour and he was so obliging, but also took into consideration the person that was cleaning the house. After checking with them, he said it should be no problem. The house is very clean and well laid out. The beds were very comfortable. We used the washer and dryer and both were in great shape. The coffee was delicious. The local area has a lot of food options and the subway system is a short walk. Walking back from the subway station at night we never felt concerned for our safety. Would definitely stay here again.
