Staff was super friendly and kind. Overall cleanliness was good, and the feel of the hotel in general was nice and updated. Downside was that our room smelt of cigarettes, even though they are supposed to be a smoke free property. & I’m not sure what it was but there was a loud annoying noise running throughout our entire stay, sounded like there were large washer machines going right above our room.

The hotel is beautiful, one of my favorites..The staff are friendly, the beds are super comfy. Convenient to lots of restaurants, the only complaint I would have is the room is not the cleanest I had to use my own lysol wipes to wipe stuff down. Other than that everything else was great..

If they ( Resort) invested in the physical property, and put on some more staff, it would be a five star Resort. Alas, they have hired a “ bean counter” who has told upper management he or she will “ draw a line on costs”… penny wise, pound foolish. One of the great locations on the south shore. Elevators broken, restaurant closed on New Years Day, no room service, no one to help with bags…
