Incredible hotel in every way!! Spent birthday trip here and room was nicely upgraded including a surprise treat brought to the room! Everyone was very helpful and polite. Great location in Boston for easy access to hotspots, and a comfortable room. Bravo, keep up the great work!!

We were a party of 10. Arrived at 9:20 am. Told it would be 20 minutes before we got seated. The restaurant was mostly unoccupied. Coffee was luke warm. The air conditioning was too cold (extremely cold outside). Waitress was new and struggling.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Parker House Restaurant is amazing! We ate brunch everyday. The servers and busser are so friendly. We have stayed here several times and it never disappoints! They feel like family. Omni Parker House is our home away from home!
