Room was fine, staff was great! The breakfast was interesting. Luckily I had the add on for the continental breakfast. The cook to order area was not open. Danishes, bagels, muffins, were not fresh, for $5 each I would expect a smidge better. Starbucks Coffee is kept behind the check in counter and can be bought there, but included with the continental breakfast add on. Staff was super helpful explaining everything.

The good, staff was friendly and efficient. Property location is convenient, shopping close by, easy access off highway. The bad, very dated, mattress was very uncomfortable, sofa offered no support and was fraying, office chair had some sort of upholstery cover on it. King size bed is too large for room, approximately 6" on one side.

Staff ar the desk were great. I arrived late and needed to sleep in. I put the do not disturb on the outside door knob. I guess that was not helpful as i got a knock in my door at 8 am and i spoke out to come back later. If i have a 11am checkout why was i being disturbed at 8am.

Room was decent size, location and price for a Salem trip made this the perfect choice, not to mention a bus to and from the airport was a 5 minute walk at a very low rate. Breakfast was not complimentary, it’s basically a mini starbucks with minimal food options at a semi-high price. Gym was small (typical). Staff was very helpful!
