Got in too late for the shuttle. Booked a room for 6, got a room for 4 and when I tried to fix it the front desk was empty and would not pick up the phone. I asked the next morning and the manager said we should have received a room with 2 queens and a pullout. There was no pullout in our room but there was an empty area where one should have been.

Overall very nice for a budget friendly option near Boston. Nice view of Revere Beach for breakfast, nice room with comfy bed, Pool was nice but water very cold. Staff on reception were good and pleasant but staff in restaurant/bar we found unhelpful and rude (so ended up ordering a takeaway the one night we were thinking of dining in the Hotel).

There were no towels or a hairdryer provided in the room, so I had to contact the front desk to request them. We stayed for two nights, and although the pool was advertised as heated, it appeared to be out of order and was too cold to use.

I stayed at this hotel before and now this property is on the wrong track. During my stay the pool had cold water so kids couldn’t play in it and then stopped working entirely for 3 days. The elevator broke and one elevator would not make it to 6th floor at all. This made moving out fun… nothing like breaking your back moving giant bags down from the 6th floor. The rooms are also not cleaned every day, more like every third day and you have to call for fresh towels. Lastly, the free breakfasts have zero variety. It is the same plate of eggs and sausages and old bananas. Waffle machine opens only on weekends… more sad faces from the kids. For the price of the hotel, I really expected a lot more.

Zero parking (full) and no place to stop in the front without blocking shuttle etc. Checked in and sofa bed sheets were not in the room even though my group is large enough to require them. So the room was not prepared, even with late night check-in. Phones in the rooms are not labeled for how to contact the front desk. Maybe 0? It just kept ringing. Went there in person. Understaffed front desk (slow; 1 person working even with 2 computers there). Long line of people & the staff do not attempt to parallelize requests or multitask. Only one elevator working, so large groups from the restaurant are constantly packed in when trying to get to rooms. I’ve lived abroad long enough to know where the bar should be. The effort is underwhelming.

This hotel is ideally situated between Salem and Boston centre. Just a short metro ride into Boston or a bus ride to Salem. The metro (for both) is right outside the hotel. It sits upon the beachfront which I'm sure is a treat during the summer months. Hotel pleasant, area itself lacks in atmosphere or things to do but this wasn't a problem for us as we're out all day. Breakfast is nice enough and there's a small pool downstairs. Very nice place to stay. Oh and the shuttle service to the airport was extremely useful.

It was a quiet modern location across from the beach. Beautiful Ocean views. A little off the beaten path so quite yet accessible. New developments on Ocean Blvd. A newer hotel with large rooms and bathrooms.

Hotel was great! Restaurant was a tad pricey, so we opted to eat at the sports bar next door instead. Next door to Wonderland Station, so we used the T to commute back and forth to the city. We did have a problem with our shower door not sealing, so water got all over the floor with every shower. Not the biggest deal, we just threw down an extra towel on top of the bath mat. The only “real” complaint I have is that the bathroom doors are a terrible design. You can’t turn the light on without illuminating the entire room (not great at night if others are sleeping), and they do NOT muffle any sound whatsoever….which isnt great when you have teenage boys in tow. But it was clean, comfortable, and had an outstanding view! (4th floor, partial ocean view).
