Studio Apartment 'Les Gîtes Du Robelier - Le Nid' with Shared Garden, Balcony and Wi-Fi

Bouaye is one of the towns on the shores of the Lac de Grand lieu, which makes it ideal for exploring the "Maison du Lac", close to Nantes and its airport, Planète Sauvage and the Atlantic coast...

"Le Robelier" is an urban village surrounded by footpaths that run alongside vineyards, horse pastures and the woods of Parc de la Mévelière in the center of town.

Our 2 gîtes, "le nid" and "l'étang", adjoin our main house and offer :

- Independent access, with key box in case of absence

- Private outdoor space with tables and chairs.

- Each gîte has a 140cm bed and a 2-seater sofa, with bathroom-wc and kitchenette. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are provided.

- The 1st breakfast is provided (brioche, jam, butter, milk, fruit juice, coffee, tea, chocolate).

. The general terms and conditions and the welcome booklet detailing everything you'll find in the gîtes are sent with your reservation or on request, to help you make your choice.

Attic studio on 1st floor, 26 M2, with part under the beams, including - Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet (towels provided, hairdryer) - Kitchenette equipped with fridge, microwave/grill, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery for 4/5 - 140cm bed made up on arrival with comforter and comforter cover - 2-seater sofa-bed (bed linen provided to make up the bed on arrival) - TV - Wardrobe - Storage space (vacuum cleaner, clotheshorse, cleaning kit)
