Not ready for rental

Property did not reflect pictures, especially inside. House was worn, especially bathroom; it was too worn to be able to be cleaned. Beds upstairs were advertised as doubles, but were more like single beds. Cupboards were still full with personal items, only a few cupboards emptied. Owner did good effort to clean the house, but dog smell remained. This was first time house was rented, which showed. We kindly agreed with owner to cancel the rental after arrival. Owner was fair and professional in this regard.
