Pup Paradise.

Amazing property for a short getaway with my Best Friend of 13 years! I took my senior dog out to colorado and needed a good option for a dog friendly stay. A-lodge was that and so much more. The property is gorgeous and perfect for taking a stroll with your dog after a long day of exploring the boulder and surrounding areas. Just a short drive up the foot hills into the wildness with a creek running through the grounds. It was such a relaxing addition to the incredible atmosphere of the lodge. Dont be fooled. This place is an incredible location to call home for a few days for those of us who prefer a little more character to our lodging. I will definitely be looking into Alodge if and when i return to the area for my next stay!

Best Oasis in Boulder

This was the most peaceful and restful stay I’ve had. The beds and rooms were immaculate. They offer a hot tub and sauna and pool open from 9 AM to 9:30 PM I believe. There was no air conditioning in my room, but even in the middle of July, it was Between 16 and 70° at night. It was simply stunning in surroundings as well. The staff was very friendly and attentive, but also left you alone unless you needed something. It was an excellent day.

Great one night, but a little hard to sleep in.

Great place to stay. Tucked into the mountains, this place is beautiful. Stayed in a private room and it was exactly what I’d wanted! The one complaint may be that our room had a sunlight which meant I woke up at 5:30. You can’t beat the price! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

This is my second time staying at the lodge. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was great to only be a few miles out of Boulder and surrounded by such beauty. The drive through the canyon is breathtaking. You arrive at the lodge and it is like stepping back in time to simpler times. The sound of the creak and the smell of campfire. There is a nice pavilion to cookout at. There is an outside area that people gather offen to enjoy music along with a campfire. Outside of the cabins are picnic tables to enjoy the outdoors. Overall a relaxing place from our busy lives.

Just left and planning my next trip back. Loved the well-crafted experience from the comms, setting by the stream, decor, communal spaces, live music and cozy rooms and interesting people passing through. It was a perfect Boulder experience and my fav stay during my trip to CO. Wish I would have stayed here the whole time! Highly recommend.

The photos on their listing are very deceptive. Their reviews are 10/10- also deceiving. The roof was stained as it was a dropped ceiling with disheveled tiles. The bathrooms was old and worn out. This is an old cabin that has newer beds. The TV didn’t work. The rate they charged lead me to believe their hotel would be better. I ended up leaving after one night and paying the exact same rate in a 4 star hotel that was lea than a year old in Denver. a-Lodge wouldn’t refund my 7 day stay either. I understand that usually you have to give at least 24 hour notice for cancellation of unused days. But they didn’t. Any other 4 star hotel will allow you leave early if needed. Not sure how anyone can give a 10/10. Not even 5 star hotels have a perfect rating. I would urge Hotels.com to evaluate the authenticity of their reviews.

The website showed rooms and I booked a (1room great fit sooo travellers ) when I turned up It was a 12 bed door room and no refund was offered it’s a horrible place with no cell coverage and a very hippy vibe there should not be called a hotel .

Booked a shared dorm. The toilets, showers and kitchen were all fine. The bed was very comfy and welcoming after big days of climbing. The absolute highlight of the A lodge is your surroundings, it’s amongst nature, with limited to no signal (don’t worry a lodge has WiFi), close to castle rock and elderado to meet all your climbing and hiking needs
