A cave house, blasted into the rock on the last proved-up homestead in the lower 48 states, and grandfathered into the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (GSENM). Exclusive access of the Rock House with 10' deep swimming hole, natural waterslide and sand beach, beautiful roof top views, surrounded by orchards, gardens, and horses, waking to solitude and the sound of the creek at this off-grid, authentic retreat with hiking out the back door, and 20 minutes away from exquisite diningâ you've found an oasis!
One of the most unique, amazing places Iâve ever stayed
This was an extraordinary, peaceful, totally unique experience. Itâs difficult to describe how amazing it is, and the pictures definitely donât do it justice.
I wish I could give this extra stars! SO cool! Road up was a little rough but totally worth it. Host was very friendly and kind. What a view and such a unique place. We enjoyed the music equipment and had a family karaoke night. The views through the windows were incredible.
