Pretty mid-stay. The hotel did not have the type of room we paid for through Expedia (on the side where you could see the mountains). The room was OK, but was clean. The room was not laid out well - for example, if the bathroom door was open, you couldn’t open the door to the hallway because it blocked it; there were no outlets near one side of the bed. Bed was comfy and breakfast was good!

Customer service was great, rooms are basic but clean and fine, older hotel that’s been remodeled, as it is in South Boulder it’s a bit out of the way to restaurants, etc. but easy access to CU. Fine for short visit.

The staff was very pleasant. The hotel is brandy new, ergo everything was in good condition. The cleaning staff used some sort of very intensely smelling cleaner for the carbets
