The check in guy was good, but check out guy was extremely rude, racist, and terrible person. I and someone else have spoken to him for few minutes only while we were leaving and he screwed up the entire review. This guy should be fired and shouldn’t be on front desk or customer service at all. Just because of him I will never recommend anyone or ever come back to this property ever again

An upgrade to the spacious apartment completely changed our experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Finally, the view from the room was so difficult to leave behind.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. It’s simple yet perfect — great location with stunning views, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and on-site parking available which was very convenient. The area is very quiet, making it ideal for relaxation, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience — highly recommended!

Lavaux

Hotel beautifully located if you are visiting the region, with gorgeous views on the Lake Geneva and the Alps. The place is clean, convenient and parking is free. Furniture is basic and therefore most convenient for short stays.

This is a fabulous property and well-deserving of its 4 stars. Sadly, I came when the fog had descended on the area so I couldn't see the stunning views, but I have been to the area numerous times and know they are breathtaking. I loved that the Epesses train stop was 3 minutes from the hotel (be aware there are a lot of steps to get there). I had to talk with the front desk several times for personal reasons and they were nothing short of magnificent and helpful. The place was so clean and had lots of lovely space to breathe. I highly recommend this hotel.
