Par quoi commencer ? Entre la serviette oubliée pour la réservation de ma chambre parce que j'étais "mal enregistrée", un vieux ventilateur pas discret qui m'a obligée avec la chaleur à laisser ouverte la fenêtre, ce qui m'a gratifié dans la nuit du samedi au dimanche à des fous qui faisaient du boucan avec un moteur tourné donc impossible de dormir, et cerise sur le gâteau : comme la porte de ma chambre ne peut pas se fermer à clé de l'intérieur, j'ai préféré ne pas prendre de douche et faire juste une petite toilette, et à 9h30 lorsque je m'apprête à aller aux toilettes qui se trouvent juste à côté de la porte de la chambre, un employé du personnel ne tape pas à la porte et l'ouvre directement ! Bonjour l'intimité ! Tout en sachant depuis la veille qu'on pouvait entrer comme dans un moulin dans la chambre que ce soit un client ou quelqu'un du personnel, j'avais mis la poubelle de la chambre contre la porte pour entendre au moins un petit bruit si jamais quelqu'un y entrait. Mise à part le problème de l'intimité, je ne voulais pas prendre de douche parce qu'il aurait fallu que je m'enferme et qu'il y aurait eu le risque que quelqu'un pique mes affaires pendant ce temps ! Pour conclure, c'est à peine si j'étais habillée qu'après l'introduction de la personne à 9h30 du matin dans ma chambre, je suis partie de l'hôtel quasiment en courant à 9h35 après avoir réuni toutes mes affaires en vitesse ! Clairement,j'aurais mieux fait de prendre un hôtel plus cher plutôt que celui-ci !

Very rude and abusive staff. Under previous management there was alway a hand towel and shower towel, now only a shower towel. No soap in the shower.

Séjour prévu pour une semaine finalisé par un départ au bout de la première nuit. Même pas de mot pour tout qualifier d'inacceptable. Même pas digne d'être appelé "hôtel". Pour le même prix plus où moins, mieux vaut aller chez les concurrents, première et dernière fois pour moi. Vraiment désolé de partager mon désarroi au sujet de cette hôtel mais c'est la triste vérité.

Au niveau de la chambre, l'état des sanitaires laisse à désirer. Le ménage est fait sommairement. Pas de chauffage pendant la nuit. Fuite d'eau . Par contre, le réceptionniste était aimable, c'est le seul point satisfaisant. Rien à voir avec l'accueil reçu en Bretagne.
