Located in the upper part of the resort of Les Arcs 1800, this superb 120m2 apartment, renovated and decorated by a renowned designer in 2012 can accommodate up to 8 people.

It includes a spacious living room, with a kitchen in the fully equipped, consists of a dining room and a cozy living room with fireplace.  Access to the terrace has meanwhile stunning views of Mont Blanc.

The apartment also includes 4 closed bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 singles (1 bedroom without window) and 4 bathrooms including 2 baths and 3 toilets. It also has a fully equipped laundry room with with a second fridge and freezer. The Fireplace is decorative. For your afternoon relaxing, the apartment is equipped with a flat screen TV with DVD player and Orange Box, a wifi connection, iPod speaker, a library and board games. It also has a beautiful swimming pool with an unrivaled view of Mont Blanc.

The apartment has a ski locker with direct access to the slopes, for departures and arrivals skis.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need.

The chalet is great for a stay with friends to go skiing and enjoy the mountains. Les Arcs 1800 is great. The Chalet is extremely well equipped. A couple of items need repair, like the shower head wall attachments on 2 of the showers. Communication with the Chalet agents needs improving particularly when you have a group with 2 vehicles arriving. But we loved the chalet and the fantastic week we had there.

Great apartment for a large group

First of all, the communication with the owner was very good, friendly, and helpful, with lots of good suggestions. The apartment is ideally located ski in/out, perfect size for 8 persons, and very cosy decorated. The kitchen includes all you need, including a separate room with an extra refrigerator and a large freezer. Only one of the bedrooms has a window, but that wasn't a problem at all. All bedrooms are at a good size with plenty of storage. Three bathrooms and toilets. One indoor parking spot is included, and additional parking opportunities are just outside the entrance. When you bring your car, you get a ticket when entering the area. That ticket must be validated before you exit the Les Arc area at a small box inside the garage - was a little tricky to figure out. You can validate multiple tickets if you bring several cars or go in/out during your stay. The bakery (a very small supermarket) and ski rental are a 5-minute walk uphill. In the city, there is a larger supermarket with all you need, though a little expensive. As the owner suggested, we preordered all we needed for the week and picked it up by car (drive-in) at SuperU 20 min drive. Was possible to order even not being local/French. The only real downside was the check-in process and cleaning of the apartment. The owner has engaged with an external local agency (GSI), and they are not very service-minded. Expect a long waiting time when checking in, and very little advice.

Nice ski accommodations on mountain

This apartment is located in the Saint Bernard building located on the left side of Les Arcs. The building is relatively new and is not on Google Maps. The apartment is one floor down from street level, which is why it only has one side with windows. The ski locker room is spacious, but the pool is one building up from the Saint Bernard. There is a Gondola that just serves the apartments and hotels that are on that side of the mountain. The nerarby hotel includes a market, ski rental and pizza store. The rental management company's offices are at the base of the mountain. Arranging to get the key when we arrived was not simple. All in all a good place to stay with a laundry room and several beds.

Super apartment for ski in - ski-out

Lovely alpine apartment well appointed & equipped. The location for skiing was second to none but a bit of a treck to the shops. We were a group of 8 adults. The living space was perfect with large comfy sofas and a big dining table. The twin bedrooms are small so the occupants have to like each other! Only one bedroom has natural light the others are internal rooms. The kitchen & utility have all the equipment you could need. Overall a comfortable & welcoming apartment perfect for the pistes.

Spacious well furnished apartment with all the amenities that one could need

Modern apartment furnished to a high standard with enough room for 7 adults- 8 would have been a little tight. Well situated in 1800 with ski in ski out facilities, ski lockers and a small numbers of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy access to other parts of 1800 by lift nearby that stays open in evenings. Only minor criticism - Directions to key pickup were unnecessarily complicated and could be simplified. Overall a very enjoyable stay would recommend.

Appartement spacieux et skis aux pieds

La description et les photos de l'appartement correspondent bien sauf en ce qui concerne la piscine (elle se situe dans la résidence juste en face et il faut donc faire quelques mÚtres à l'extérieur pour y accéder).L'appartement est spacieux, il y a presque une salle de bain par chambre, et il est trÚs bien équipé.La terrasse est orientée Nord-Est et offre une belle vue sur le Mont-Blanc.En ce qui concerne le ski, il faut monter un escalier depuis le local à ski mais sinon l'accÚs aux pistes et le retour sont directs (au retour, petite pente sur les derniers mÚtres qui pourrait effrayer un débutant). Les casiers à ski ne disposent pas de sÚche-chaussures et sont relativement petits.Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour en famille !

Bel appartement spacieux et confortable mais avec des points à préciser

Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs bonne semaine dans ce grand appartement cosy et confortable, Ă  la dĂ©coration chaleureuse. Bien amĂ©nagĂ© pour 2 familles de 4 personnes. AccĂšs Ă  la piscine de l’immeuble d’en face. La rĂ©sidence est en dehors (en hauteur) du centre des Arcs 1800, donc au calme. Cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Quelques remarques nĂ©anmoins : - Seule 1 chambre sur les 4 possĂšde une fenĂȘtre donnant sur l’extĂ©rieur. 2 autres ont des fenĂȘtres donnant sur le salon et la derniĂšre n’a pas du tout de fenĂȘtre. C’est un dĂ©tail non nĂ©gligeable qui devrait ĂȘtre prĂ©cisĂ© dans l’annonce. Donc difficile d’aĂ©rer et manque de clartĂ© (une seule baie vitrĂ©e dans le salon). - Eclairage un peu limite le soir dans le salon. - La petite chambre sans fenĂȘtre possĂšde des lits gigognes qui condamnent l’accĂšs Ă  l’armoire quand ils sont ouverts. - A noter pour les skieurs moyens que le retour en skis est compliquĂ© en cas d’enneigement mĂ©diocre. - RĂ©ception de l’appartement tardive (aprĂšs 18h30
) avec un mĂ©nage fait dans l’urgence et donc une propretĂ© relative, notamment dans la cuisine.

Le descriptif concernant les chambres sont fausses, les lits ne sont pas ceux dĂ©crits dans l'annonce, par la taille et 2 lits sont des lits gigognes (dont les draps ne sont pas installĂ©s). Les fenĂȘtres de 2 chambres donnent sur... le sĂ©jour. Parking pratique au sous-sol. Le sĂ©jour est spacieux mais manque de luminositĂ©. Les salles de bains moyennement propres.

Grand appartement, bien amĂ©nagĂ©, belle dĂ©coration, confortable, vaste, calme et bien situĂ©. Vaisselle plus que complĂšte. Petite enceinte disponible pour diffuser de la musique. Les bĂ©mols : -Manquaient les draps pour 2 lits Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. L'agence nous a fourni le lendemain matin. -salon manquant de luminositĂ©. Éclairage trop faible + 1 grande baie vitrĂ©e condamnĂ©e. -Chambres trop chaudes la nuit (chauffage coupĂ©) et sans aĂ©ration possible (pas de fenĂȘtres). -coupures Ă©lectriques en journĂ©e en raison d'une modulation de la puissance accessible -Manque porte de sĂ©paration avec la salle de bain dans une chambre. Pas pratique pour laisser dormir et indiscrĂ©tions. -il faut monter un escalier d'un Ă©tage pour passer du casier Ă  skis Ă  l'extĂ©rieur et partir skis aux pieds. Nous avons nĂ©anmoins passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour et beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© l'appartement ainsi que la station. Les points positifs sont bien plus nombreux que les bĂ©mols.

Appartement trÚs agréable

Appartement trĂšs agrĂ©able avec une belle piĂšce de vie conviviale. La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs propre et tranquille. Le dĂ©part et l’arrivĂ©e se font skis aux pieds ce qui est un gros avantage. Localisation un peu moins pratique avec des enfants en bas Ăąge avec poussette.

Appartement exceptionnel !

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cet appartement situĂ© au dessus d’Arcs 1800 ( dans la nouvelle partie de la station appelĂ©e Eden Arcs). Nous avons adorĂ© l’appartement : la dĂ©coration qui trĂšs stylĂ©e mais en mĂȘme temps super cosy ne donne pas l’impression d’ĂȘtre dans une location. La piĂšce Ă  vivre est Ă©norme, ce qui Ă©tait trĂšs apprĂ©ciable car nous Ă©tions un groupe de 6. La cuisine est super Ă©quipĂ©e de tout dont on peut avoir besoin ( d’habitude dans les locations on manque toujours de verres, d’assiettes ou de bols, et bien lĂ  c’est loin d’ĂȘtre le cas
), il y a mĂȘme des appareils Ă  raclette, un gaufrier, une poele Ă  crĂȘpes, etc). Nous nous sommes extasiĂ©s chaque matin de la vue sur le Mont Blanc, avons profitĂ© du balcon et de la piscine de la rĂ©sidence. Seul petit BĂ©mol : il faut monter une pente assez raide pour se rendre Ă  la supĂ©rette la plus proche ou pour prendre les tĂ©lĂ©cabines qui rallient Arcs 1800. Par contre c’est tout prĂšs de « la Folie Douce » donc les post ados de notre groupe Ă©taient ravis car c’est « the place to be » aprĂ©s le ski, et l’appartement est depart/arrivĂ©e skis aux pieds. Bref, un super sĂ©jour et la preuve : 2 des amis qui ont passĂ© la semaine avec nous sont deja en train de regarder les disponibilitĂ©s pour re louer l’appartement plus tard dans la saison.
