Gîte "La Maison du Ruisseau" with Private Terrace, Balcony and Wi-Fi

The gîte "La Maison du Ruisseau" is ideal for accommodating a large family or a group (athletes, professionals on assignment, etc.). Located in Bourges, Centre-Val de Loire, very close to Bourges SNCF train station, this 190 m² house can host up to 15 people in 7 bedrooms equipped with single, double, and bunk beds. You have a bathroom, three showers, a fully equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, a dryer, fans, and a spa on the terrace, available from mid-May to mid-October at no extra charge. Three baby beds are available. Self check-in is possible for your convenience.



Enjoy the private, shaded patio terrace bordered by a peaceful stream, offering a country atmosphere right in the city center. The uncovered terrace, built-in barbecue, large tables, benches, and garden chairs are perfect for your meals and relaxing outdoor moments.



You can park 5 to 6 cars in the small courtyard and in the dead-end street in front of the house, with additional parking nearby. Up to three pets are allowed. The train station and bus stops (free throughout Bourges) are five minutes on foot.



Located downtown, at the end of a private, quiet dead-end street, the house is 500 m from the historic center and the Saint-Étienne Cathedral (UNESCO World Heritage). The classified marshes are within walking distance. The Val d’Auron lake beach, 15 minutes by car, offers swimming and water sports. Bourges, European Capital of Culture 2028, offers many museums and monuments to discover.



Please note, access to the upper floor is via a staircase and a few steps lead to the dining room. The gîte is non-smoking; smoking is only permitted outside.
